FAQ's

  • Does it come with a drill?
    • No
  • What drill should I use?
    • Most likely you will need to use a brushless drill.  These are normally battery operated, cordless drills. Corded drills normally do not have the low speed torque necessary.  However, some brushed drill motors may have extremely low gearing that will work.
  • Can I use a impact driver?
    • Maybe.  It depends on the speed the driver runs at.  Some impact drivers run too fast for safe operation of the Dinky Feeder™.  The driveshaft has a hex end that will go directly into an impact driver.  And just as with a drill, the driver must be brushless.
  • Will this work with my blade guard?
    • It may, depending on it's design.
  • Should the drive wheel be in front, or behind the blade?
    • It should never be used in front of the blade!  It should only be used behind the riving knife, and should never be used on a saw without a riving knife!  The Dinky Feeder™ actually is designed to pull the material through the cut, not push it through.
  • Is there a warrantee?
    • Yes, the Dinky Feeder™ comes with a 30 day, money back, no questions asked guarantee! Just return it for a full refund.
  • Can it be used on left tilt saws?
    • Yes, The drill needs to be in reverse, but it operates in the same way on either side of the fence.
